The apartment is located on the third floor of the building.
It’s composed by a spacious and cosy living room with a digital satellite TV, a double sofa bed and a table for six people.
In the kitchen area there is: gas hob, sink, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishes, plates and kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is equipped with toilet, bidet, basin, shower and hairdryer.
The loft, overlooking the living room, has two single beds with respective bedside tables and a wardrobe.
Next to the living room, in the attic, there is the bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a window.
All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.
Dal 2004 frequento il residedence Monterosa. Da allora estate e inverno non manchiamo un periodo al residence. Gli alloggi sono essenziali ma molto puliti. La posizione è fantastica vicino al centro e alle piste. Non vi descrivo il paese perché se cercate gressoney siete degli intenditori.
