PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

From 1st of June 2012, the Municipal Council approved the institution of the tax applied to stay. The tariff due to stay, for our structure, is € 0,80 per person, per night. Payment of the tax is to be made in cash.
We ask you to leave the kitchen corner clean. Plates, Glasses, Cutlery and pots should be washed, dried and put in their place. Otherwise, the amount of € 50.00 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Change of midweek linen € 11.00
Use of washing machine (max 9 kg) € 5.00 per cycle (ask Stefania at reception).

Finestra Meravigliosa sul Monterosa, splendido Residence! Non ci sono aspetti negativi e forse non bastere una pagina per elencare di elogi chi lo gestisce. Disponibilità, cortesia e servizi da 10 e lode, è il secondo anno che scelgo per la mia famiglia questo Residence per un breve periodo di vacanza, le camere sono molte belle e complete di ogni confort, anche i prezzi per il periodo di Agosto sono molto competitivi sia per la posizione che per i servizi offerti in una delle Valli incatevoli Valdostane. Concludo con un 10 e lode ed un invito a soggiornare al Residence Monterosa.
