PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

From 1st of June 2012, the Municipal Council approved the institution of the tax applied to stay. The tariff due to stay, for our structure, is € 1 per person, per night. Payment of the tax is to be made in cash.
We ask you to leave the kitchen corner clean. Plates, Glasses, Cutlery and pots should be washed, dried and put in their place. Otherwise, the amount of € 50.00 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Change of midweek linen € 13.00
Use of washing machine (max 9 kg) € 5.00 per cycle (ask Stefania at reception).

Uno dei migliori Residence di Gressoney. Posizione centrale a due passi dalla piazza principale è a 10 min. dagli impianti Jolanda. Lo rendono un'ottima soluzione sua in inverno che in estate. Gli appartamenti sono ben tenuti e puliti e il gestore Stefania è sempre presente e molto cordiale. Assolutamente consigliato!
