PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

From 1st of June 2012, the Municipal Council approved the institution of the tax applied to stay. The tariff due to stay, for our structure, is € 1 per person, per night. Payment of the tax is to be made in cash.
We ask you to leave the kitchen corner clean. Plates, Glasses, Cutlery and pots should be washed, dried and put in their place. Otherwise, the amount of € 50.00 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Change of midweek linen € 13.00
Use of washing machine (max 9 kg) € 5.00 per cycle (ask Stefania at reception).

Da anni veniamo al Monterosa ed è sempre un piacere; il residence è semplice, ma,comodissimo e con una splendida vista sul ghiacciaio. Affittiamo un monolocale sempre pulito e dotato di tutti i confort essenziali. La Signora Stefania è sempre gentile e disponibile. Piste da urlo! Consigliato.
