The Residence offers one-roomed apartments and two-room apartments of 2, 3, 4 or 5 beds, with all comforts, such as private bathroom, kitchenette equipped with dishes, fridge, microwave and / or traditional oven, independent heating, color TV, balcony or small garden.
There is also a lift, common room with fireplace, free wifi in public areas, ski storage and private parking.
Near the Residence you can find bars and restaurants, some grocery stores and wines, two souvenir shops and not only (one of which is also tobacconist and newspaper shop), two sports shops with rental winter and summer mountain equipment. In addition, just by crossing the street, they will be at your disposal the Tourist Office (Information Office), the Post Office and the cash machine (ATM).
All apartments are available for guests from 16:00 on the day of arrival. However, we ask you to leave the apartment within 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Late checkout of the apartment will result in a penalty of € 50.00
When you are booking is required a deposit of 40% of the total.
In case of cancellation of the reservation within 30 days prior to the arrival date we will be obliged to withhold the deposit received.
Full payment must be made upon arrival (with the receipt of the keys) together with a deposit of € 100,00.
On arrival you will be asked to provide the documentation for all the people who will be occupying the apartment for compulsory registration.
The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the apartment on the day of checkout. In the case of damage or other abnormalities, it will be kept to cover the costs of any damage incurred.
In case of late arrivals or early departures, compared to the booking dates, the full amount of the previously agreed stay will be requested and no refunds issued.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in apartments and in communal areas.
Small and medium size pets are allowed, only if they are well behaved (quiet and clean).
THE PRICE INCLUDES:
- Consumption of water, electricity and heating.
- Bed linen, towels (bidet, face, shower) and down-bath with weekly change.
- Parking space in the allocate private parking area.
- Use of the storage area for skis.
- Final cleaning excluding cooking area that must be left clean and in order
PRICE IS NOT INCLUDED:
- With effect from 1st of June 2012, the Municipal Council approved the introduction of taxes for overnight visitors. The tariff due to stay in this holiday location is € 0,80 per person, per night. Payment of the tax is to be made in cash.
- Please leave the kitchen clean. Dishes, glasses, cutlery and utensils must be washed, dried and put in their place. Otherwise the amount of € 50,00 will be deducted from the deposit.
- Change of linen € 11.00
- Use of washing machine (max 9 kg) € 5.00 per cycle (ask Stefania at reception).
